Chemical Safety Training
We treat chemical safety training as inventory-, SDS- and site-storage practice—not a general chemistry class. The aim is teams that read labels, segregate incompatibles and respond correctly to spills.
Why a dedicated chemical course?
Basic OHS only skims chemical risk. Real risk sits in wrong storage, unread labels, incompatible co-storage and wrong spill response. This program equips teams who handle chemicals daily with substance-aware competence.

Curriculum
- Hazard classes, CLP/labels and pictograms
- Reading SDS: critical sections and practical use
- Safe use, PPE selection and exposure reduction
- Storage: segregation, ventilation, secondary containment
- On-site transfer, transport and spill / leak response
- Introduction to disposal and waste-chemical rules

- Examples of key substance groups (acids, solvents, gases, etc.)
- Discussion from warehouse / filling-area photos or plans

This program includes SDS reading. For complex inventories, extra sessions by substance group may be advised.
